I've been having a lot of ups and downs lately. Sometimes it might just be me over thinking. Sometimes it might be because of other things that have been making me feel sad.
I often rid myself of any pain by taking time to connect with myself and just dance. But I realize, dancing won't get rid of everything. It will certainly take my mind off of things and make me feel relaxed, but after all is danced and done, there are still problems.
